Money Monday!

Stagflation?  If you don’t know what stagflation is, just the sound of the word probably lets you know it’s not a good thing.  Stagflation is defined as an economic condition in which the inflation rate is high and the economic growth rate is low.  This was a problem in the 70’s, and there is media speculation it may return in 2022.

Raymond James CIO Larry Adam does not feel that stagflation is a significant risk for 2022.  Instead, he sees signs of a “Goldilocks effect” for 2022 suggesting the economy will be neither expanding nor contracting by too much.  Check out his 2-minute video below for more:
